Leadership for Senior Leaders

Leadership for Senior Leaders is the last of a three part series in leadership. It focuses on how senior leaders can create positive work environments that meet agency requirements while also caring for staff as humans with individual motivations. It is designed to provide leadership and ethics training and serves to give senior leaders the tools they need to empower their employees to do their best work.

Instructor Bio: Will Pierce is the COO of The Amalgamation and an experienced operations and outreach leader with two decades of proven leadership as a United States Marine. He is skilled in personnel management, public engagement, interdepartmental coordination, market strategy development, engagement strategizing, and social media communications. Will earned a B.S. in Marketing with a concentration in Social Media Marketing and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University while serving as an active duty Marine. His background in leadership and strategic development has provided him with unique insight into leader development at all levels from frontline employees to senior leaders.
