Kristin is a social scientist with over 20 years of experience in a myriad of positions, including Associate Professor of Sociology, survey expert, community engagement specialist, tech evangelist, and small business owner. In all of these roles, she has focused on addressing systemic inequities through research, education, collective action, and advocacy. In 2022, she founded The Amalgamation to further this mission in the public procurement space. She loves bench pressing, thrifting, reading, listening to true crime podcasts, and traveling.

Will Pierce, COO of The Amalgamation

Will Pierce | COO

Will is an experienced operations and outreach leader with two decades of proven leadership as a United States Marine. He is skilled in personnel management, public engagement, interdepartmental coordination, market strategy development, engagement strategizing, and social media communications. Will earned a B.S. in Marketing with a concentration in Social Media Marketing and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University while serving as an active duty Marine. His background in leadership and strategic development makes him an invaluable asset to The Amalgamation, where he focuses on operational efficiency and outreach.
