Leadership for Managers

Leadership for Managers is the second of a three part series in leadership. It focuses on how leadership theories and how managers can serve their subordinates while maximizing the quality of work their agencies produce. It is designed to provide leadership and ethics training and serves as a stepping stone for future senior leadership roles.

Instructor Bio: Will Pierce is the COO of The Amalgamation and an experienced operations and outreach leader with two decades of proven leadership as a United States Marine. He is skilled in personnel management, public engagement, interdepartmental coordination, market strategy development, engagement strategizing, and social media communications. Will earned a B.S. in Marketing with a concentration in Social Media Marketing and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern New Hampshire University while serving as an active duty Marine. His background in leadership and strategic development has provided him with unique insight into leader development at all levels from frontline employees to senior leaders.
